We also recommend the best ways to visit the parks, FastPass and dining recommendations and how to lay out your time. *You make your own reservations.


Off Property Disney - $125 per room

If not staying on a Disney Resort property we can still help you but there is an additional fee.


Adventures by Disney - $125 per room

If you are looking to explore the world and for the service of Disney you will love Adventures by Disney. We help you find the perfect adventure for your family or if you are looking for an adult only experience Disney has those too!


Disney Cruise Line - $125 per room

The destinations are abundant and with 4 ships (and 2 more on the way), how do you choose? We can help you! Also, there are a large variety of activities and excursion and we can assist you to make sure you are not missing a thing!


Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa - $125 Per room

Hawaii! Stay in a magical place on Oahu. We can help you with transfers to the resort, rental cars, excursions and many other experiences on the island. But you may not want to leave the resort – there are so many activities and many specifically for kids.Timesaver - $125 (one room up to a family of 6)


Other Theme Parks- $125 per room up to 6 people

We can help plan your off Disney stay when you want to visit Universal, Busch Gardens, Sea World, Discovery Cove, and more.


Due to changes at Disney we are no longer able to make any fast pass, dining or other reservations for extras in the parks.

Weddings

$500.00


Weddings- $500 up to 20 room fees waived.

All weddings and wedding groups will have an initial charge of $500 to book the wedding, this will cover up to 20 Rooms without paying the design fee. Please note that any bookings made outside of the wedding group and our agency will not be allowed to attend the wedding events at the resort.

This includes picking the resort, helping the bride and groom pick the right wedding package and putting them in touch with the wedding coordinator. This also allows us to book up to 20 rooms for this fee with out charging the guests. If you do not think you will have many guests we can do a $200 fee for the wedding and charge each room the fee listed under All inclusive at $50 a room.

Change/Cancel Fees

​Change fees-

If you change something your trip, dates, resort, cruise, rooms, anything that is in your control we do charge a change fee of $100 per adult. This does not count if the change was outside of your control.


Cancel Fees-

If a trip is cancelled by you and not the supplier or destination there will be a fee of $100 per person up to trip cost of $5,000. Anything over $5000 for all inclusive or cruise is $150/person. This must be paid before the agent will cancel the trip.


European Tours (Non-Custom Trip) - $150/person

Custom Built Trips (Greater than $5,000 Trip Cost) - $200/person


These fees can be turned in to insurance if you have it. If the trip is cancelled by the supplier this fee is waived.
