​In order to perform the professional services required to plan and design your perfect vacation, a design fee is required. The Design fee is non-refundable and is used to help cover the extra costs and time planning your trip.

Vacation planning involves extensive time. Our work is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. We research cruises, hotels and tours to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, and draft itineraries. We also help you navigate the current covid requirements and travel advisories. We use reputable sources for our information, news and advisories.  

​Your final itinerary, documents and travel package will give you as smooth of a vacation as is possible. All vacations arranged through Pack and Play Travel offer peace of mind, as we are experienced professionals with 16+ years in the business of planning exceptional vacations. You can count on us to provide expert insight, save you valuable time & money and deliver a vacation tailor made to your needs.

• ​We have traveled the world over the course of several years to personally experience cruises, hotels and tours. We ensure the accommodations can meet our clients' specific needs and save you the hours of time and anxiety of researching all of the details on your own.​
• We contact suppliers and coordinate all transportation (Upgraded transfers for an additional cost).
• We have connections in the industry so whether you have issues while on resort, or have special requests before you go, we can help coordinate to make sure your trip is perfect.

​NO HIDDEN FEES

• Those "too good to be true" deals, are just that...absolutely too good to be true.  We've heard countless times where travelers show up to a resort and it is not really "all inclusive," or additional fees are charged upon arrival.  When you book with us there are no hidden fees and all expenses are either paid up front or advised as to what will be due at check in.

PAYMENT PLANS & LOW DEPOSITS 

• We provide the option to make payments and low deposits versus paying in full at time of booking.

FOCUSED ATTENTION ON YOUR PRIORITIES

• This means more than just having someone plan and arrange your trip. You will have access to recommendations and an itinerary crafted just for you. We will help you determine what will make this trip special and offer unique opportunities while keeping your goals and budget in mind. 
• Flight changes: From the moment you book with us until you travel we are checking on your reservation an average of 6 times to make sure your flights look good, your seats are together (when possible) and even emailing the resort to let them know of your arrival. We take care of all the details before hand so there are no surprises while traveling. We do our best to make sure everything runs smooth. 
• A few weeks before your trip you will receive a link to a special APP you can download on your phone. This will include valuable information like your final itinerary, tips, and airport check in guide. Having these at your finger tips will help the process run smoother and this is something online booking sources do not provide.
