Terms & Conditions
*Pack & Play Travel acts only as an agent for airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers of services and shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage caused by accident or event beyond their control, or by any action or negligence of any persons who are not in their employ. Pack & Play Travel can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air, sea or other services due to sickness, weather, strike, war, or other causes. The right is reserved to make adjustments in the itinerary if deemed necessary.
*Client is aware and understands that suppliers, hotels, airlines, cruise-lines and other travel providers have experienced significant financial impacts from Covid-19 and Pack & Play Travel (TLS Travel SD, LLC.) assumes no financial obligation or liability due to businesses failing, closing or bankruptcy and the Client will hold the Pack & Play Travel (TLS Travel SD, LLC.) and its affiliated harmless from any claims, courses of ac on, suit or response, pertaining to such events.
*Prices are accurate at time of quote and are subject to change until trip is paid in full.
*Passports: All international trips require a Passport valued for at least six months beyond the date of departure. Any and all additional Visa’s or travel documents required are the responsibility of the traveler. It is your responsibility to make sure that all entries into the different countries are allowed.
*Air Travel: Flight details including departure times are always subject to change by the airlines and are not under the control of Pack & Play Travel. It is the traveler’s responsibility to check in for the flight 24 hours in advance and reconfirm all gates and times.
*FEES: There are potential Cancellation, Refund and Surcharge Policies and Fees by suppliers; It is the clients responsibility to read and abide by the policies, terms and conditions as posted on supplier documents and agree not to dispute or chargeback any of the above signed for and acknowledged charges without proper course of action.
Pack & Play Travel will impose the following charges as applicable: 1) All reservations, are subject to Cancellation Fees of $50 per person, 2) while requests for Extension of Payment Due Dates are usually denied by suppliers, any such extension action is subject to a $50 Service fee, 3) Booking change Request will assess a Service Fees of $100 per adult: ALL fees will be applied to the provided credit card account as provided. These fees will be in addition to any supplier cancellation fees or charges. Any Changes to travel plans after deposit will incur a $50 per change fee that will be charged to the card on file before changes can be made.
*Travel Insurance: Pack & Play Travel offers Travel Protection that can help minimize the monetary loss incurred due to unforeseen events beyond your control such as: cancellation, missed connections, baggage loss, trip delay, and especially medical emergencies. Please see charges for those who decline travel insurance and issues, travel delays or cancellations arise. By submitting the above forms I agree to these terms and conditions.
