FAM Cost : Rooms are on first come first serve basis. (16 Max People allowed)
Private King Room: $525 per person (based on 2 people single is $1050) -2 rooms available
Private Queen Room: $500 per person (based on 2 people single is $1000) -2 rooms available
Shared Bunk Room: $450 per person (There are 2 bunk beds per room)
If you are sharing a bed Non Travel agent guests can join for an additional $50 on top of the per person fee. (must be 16)
Please note all rooms will share bathrooms ( 5 total bathrooms in Lodge)
Price includes Lodging, All attractions above (unless additional cost is noted), Seat in Mini Van for touring, drove by Tasha (agency owner, or another staff member), 1 Supper(at Chuck wagon show) and light breakfast each morning and two sack lunches.
Optional costs could include: insurance, Upgraded attractions at cave, meals or optional excursions(based on availability)
Deposit is $100 per person due immediately to hold your spot. This fee is NON-Refundable unless you can find someone to replace your spot. Deposit will be refunded if we can not hold this FAM for any reason. (we need a minimum of 12 people to host the FAM)
Final payment is due by August 1st, 2020
IMPORTANT: Airfare must arrive before 1pm on Sept 8th to get free airport transfers. Departures MUST be after 9:30 am on the 12th or 10 am on the 14th. Due to the distance to the airport. Please note arriving later or departing earlier could incur additional fees. You will fly in to RAPID CITY (RAP)
