How to start… Congratulations on taking this step to start YOUR new Travel business. Its going to be scary, hard, and a lot of work, but the benefits are so rewarding… Here are a few things to remember before you apply!
 
--It is NOT quick money… You need to build up your clientele. We are strictly a commission based business so you do not even get paid until AFTER your clients travel and sometimes it can be up to 4-6 weeks after they travel.  The first year you will invest in training's, business expenses and start up costs.  For a while it will seem you are working for free.. but once you get your vacations traveling it will get much easier, and very rewarding.
 
--You are starting your own business… You are fully responsible for what happens, and if you succeed or fail. We are here for advice and guidance but ultimately the benefits and risk are yours fully.
 
--I can’t wait to travel for FREE?? I hear this a LOT! Well Travel agents don’t travel for free… Everything we do has to be EARNED… And most of these trips are not all fun and games… The trips that are cheap or discounted have many long hours of required training meetings at them, visiting different resort and more.  There are times based on sales you can earn free nights at resorts and things like that, but you don’t get to travel for FREE for fun very often.

    ​​If you are not already a travel agent, for us to consider you as a contractor for our company we will require a training course to be registered for. The cost of this is your responsibility. (Payment plans available. You must complete a portion of the course before we will bring you on to our team and you have a full year to complete the class.   For a limited time we are offering a payback bonus. If in your 12 months after completing the course you generate $5000 in traveled commissions. TLS Travel SD, LLC will give you a bonus commission check back of $700. Travel must travel from date of completion to 12 months post completion. Bookings that travel before completion or after the 12 month date will not count in totals.
