- Entrants take part in this event entirely at their own risk and are 100% responsible for selecting a safe route to walk, run or bike. Entrants should wear hi-viz clothing when running in low light conditions and take care around traffic or when running off road. Pack & Play Travel and the charities it supports accept no responsibility for any accidents or injuries sustained while taking part in a Pack & Play Travel virtual event.
- Children are welcome to take part in this event but should be accompanied and closely supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- By entering, you are accepting that Pack & Play Travel may contact you to confirm your entry and keep you updated on the progress of your order. You have the option of being added to our mailing list to receive updates on future events, offers and news. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time.
- This is not a competitive event and as such, there will be no winner.
- This virtual event has a designated charity beneficiary. This is not an official event of that charity.
- You are entitled to a refund if do not receive your medal.
- We must receive written notice of your refund request within 30 calendar days of the end of the event at packplaytravel@gmail.com
