Tasha is the owner of TLS Travel SD, the host agency behind Pack & Play Travel and several women-owned travel agencies. An experienced travel advisor with a passion for meaningful, stress-free travel, Tasha has personally visited more than 120 resorts, giving her extensive firsthand knowledge of Mexico and the all-inclusive experience. Her destination expertise, industry relationships, attention to detail, and love of planning help travelers feel confident every step of the way. Whether she's designing a personalized vacation or hosting a group adventure, Tasha's favorite part is seeing people return home with unforgettable memories, new friendships, and stories they'll tell for years to come.
Jeannie Rainford
Owner & Travel Advisor | Limitless Escapes
Jeannie is the owner of Limitless Escapes and a travel advisor with a passion for helping others experience the world in meaningful and memorable ways. Her love of travel, combined with her personal experience exploring destinations around the world, allows her to bring firsthand insight and thoughtful guidance to the trips she helps plan. Jeannie especially enjoys creating experiences that encourage travelers to step outside their comfort zones, discover somewhere new, and return home with stories they'll never forget.
Michelle Stuck
Owner & Travel Advisor | Enchanted Serendipity Travel Company
Michelle is the owner of Enchanted Serendipity Travel Co. and a full-time travel advisor from rural South Dakota. She brings a thoughtful, personal approach to travel planning, helping travelers feel comfortable, cared for, and confident as they experience somewhere special. With a particular love for Disney, Universal, New York City, and family travel, Michelle believes the best trips make everyone feel included because, as she says, “It’s everyone’s trip.” Her travel style is intentional, curious, and always sprinkled with a little bit of magic.
Randi Diehm
Travel Advisor | Pierre Office
Randi is a travel advisor, teacher, and mom of two who loves helping travelers trade the stress of planning for the excitement of getting away. Her own first international all-inclusive vacation sparked a passion for researching destinations, comparing resorts, and creating trips where travelers feel confident and cared for from the start. With a special love for sunshine, warm-weather escapes, and group travel, Randi enjoys bringing people together and creating experiences filled with great memories, plenty of laughs, and maybe even a few new lifelong friendships.

Tasha's Executive Assistant
Kari has been part of the Pack & Play Travel team since 2016 and serves as Tasha’s Executive Assistant. A longtime member of the team, she helps support the day-to-day operations behind Pack & Play. When she’s not working behind the scenes, Kari enjoys traveling and has a special love for all things Disney.
Jordan Vaudrin
Master of Hospitality
Jordan serves as Pack & Play Travel’s Master of Hospitality, bringing her warm and welcoming personality to the team. When she’s not working with Pack & Play, she loves spending time with family and friends. At the top of her travel wish list? The Maldives; preferably from an overwater bungalow.
Tena Ziegler
Director of Special Services
Tena serves as Pack & Play Travel’s Director of Special Services, helping support the team and the experiences we create for our travelers. She has a love for travel, with Italy and Ireland among her favorite destinations and Croatia still high on her wish list. When she’s not dreaming about her next adventure, Tena enjoys gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.
Jessica Moline
Marketing Manager
Jessica brings her background in market research and a natural curiosity to her role with Pack & Play Travel, helping tell the stories behind the destinations, experiences, and people that make travel meaningful. That same curiosity follows her wherever she travels. She loves going beyond the obvious tourist stops to uncover local food, unique experiences, and the little details that make a destination memorable. With a particular love for immersive travel and Italy, Jessica believes the best trips aren't just about where you go; they're about experiencing something you couldn't have found on an itinerary.
